Domestic (US) orders

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Woodinville, Washington.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for us to process and ship your order. (due to a high volume of orders, there may be further delays) Orders placed after 1 pm PST will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS and international orders are shipped via DHL or USPS international. Please note we do not ship or process orders on the weekend unless for special holidays like Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day.

FedEx, UPS and USPS Overnight shipping
Please note orders that are placed on Friday before 1 pm PST (4 pm EST) will be delivered on the next business day. The next business day from Friday would be Monday. Packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday (if Saturday delivery is selected).

Shipping to Canada

For orders going to Canada, tracking information will be valid for both USPS and Canada Post. Feel free to use the tracking number provided on both sites for an update on your order status once it ships.

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund (minus shipping) unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above. 

International shipments

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible to cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund.

Change of address
The shipping address can only be changed if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate delivery address.

Order cancellation
Due to the fast nature of our supply chain and logistics, our warehouse and floral specialists begin working on your order right away. For this reason, we're unable to accept any order cancellations.

There's no obligation to buy a Subscription, nor is there any minimum number of months or commitment for Subscriptions.

Subscriptions Can't be Paused or Canceled within the week of subscription fulfillment which is your reoccurring order date.
